Neben dem Studium der Psychologie und Biologie an der Universität Wien, das sie 2016 mit zwei Bachelorabschlüssen (BSc) beendete, absolvierte sie Praktika am Institut für Psychologische Grundlagenforschung (Universität Wien), an der Universitätsklinik für Neurologie am AKH Wien mit Schwerpunkt neurologische Rehabilitation, am Department für Medizinische Psychologie und Psychotherapie Innsbruck (psychotherapeutische Ambulanz) sowie im Demenzservicezentrum Ottensheim (Verein M.A.S. Alzheimerhilfe).
2006–2008 und 2013–2020 war sie Teilzeit-Mitarbeiterin am Institut FBI in Innsbruck: Forschung und Interviews, teilnehmende Beobachtung in Jugendzentren, Mentoring und Begleitung junger Menschen im Projekt „Young People within a European Knowledge-Based Society“.
Seit 2023 arbeitet sie in Teilzeit als Kindergartenassistentin.

Besides studies in Psychology and Biology at the University of Vienna until 2016, finished with Bachelor degrees (BSc), she completed various internships at the Institute of Psychological Basic Research (University of Vienna), at the Department of Neurology at the Vienna General Hospital (AKH) focusing on neurological rehabilitation, the Department of Medical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Innsbruck (psychotherapeutic outpatient clinic), as well as at the Ottensheim Dementia Service Centre (Verein M.A.S. Alzheimerhilfe).
2006–2008 and 2013–2020 she was a part-time staff member at the Institute for Social Research, Education and Information in Innsbruck, conducting research and interviews and participant observation in youth centres, mentoring and support for young people as part of the project “Young People within a European Knowledge-Based Society”.
Since 2023 she has worked part-time as a kindergarten assistant.
